For Deep Root, David oversees media analytics for clients like HBO, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (KY), Governor Greg Abbott (TX), Senator Steve Daines (MT), and more. Before joining Deep Root, David worked for BrabenderCox, a Republican advertising agency, and on Capitol Hill. David is well known for his data visualizations. His work has appeared in national publications including The Washington Post and The New York Times. He also serves as a featured speaker and panelist at conferences around the country and as a guest lecturer at leading universities on the topic audience targeting, media optimization, and political innovation. David is frequently quoted on these topics by the political press. David graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master's degree from Georgetown University. He and his wife, Kendall, live in Alexandria, VA.

Dan Putler is Chief Scientist at Alteryx, and is responsible for developing and implementing the product roadmap for predictive analytics. He has over 30 years of experience in developing predictive analytics models for companies and organizations that cover a large number of industry verticals, ranging from the performing arts to B2B financial services. He is co-author of the book, "Customer and Business Analytics: Applied Data Mining for Business Decision Making Using R," which is published by Chapman and Hall/CRC Press. Prior to joining Alteryx, Dan was a professor of marketing and marketing research at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business and Purdue University's Krannert School of Management.

He has over 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis and has been instrumental in leading the transition to self-service business intelligence at United Pacific. William is a triathlete and has served on the Board of Directors for California Triathlon for over five years. California Triathlon is a 501c3 charitable organization which provides free membership to over 3,000 athletes around the U.S. William is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University with a B.A. degree in Business Administration; Finance Concentration.
