Mike Regan has considerable background covering all service touch points for customers-including technical support, account management, training and education, and professional services-along with the other activities needed to improve renewal rates, sell through rates, and overall customer satisfaction. Most recently, Reagan was Vice President of Operations at Kace (recently acquired by Dell), where his entrepreneurial spirit and a "take-the-hill" attitude helped transform Kace into a leader in systems management appliances.

Regan has held various senior management roles at global software organizations, along with a number of startups and growth stage companies. These roles include SVP of Worldwide Services for Portal Software, VP of the Vertical Product Group at Siebel, SVP of Professional Services at Sybase, SVP of Operations at Datasweep, and SVP of Services for MarketLive.

Regan currently lives in Carlsbad, California. He holds a BS from Bloomsburg University and an MBA from Lehigh University. Regan enjoys skiing, tennis, and cycling in his spare time.
