Alteryx chosen as one of “40 Vendors We’re Watching” list

Information Management’s annual list of BI innovators and ‘rising stars’

Orange, CA – April 21, 2011 – Alteryx Inc., has been identified as one of 40 companies to watch by Information Management magazine in its 2011 list of “the most compelling software and service providers that are driving innovation, growth and efficiency in the way enterprises manage data and information.”

“Alteryx is honored by this recognition,” said Alteryx CEO Dean Stoecker. “It’s yet another vote of confidence in our end-to-end approach to business intelligence that has proven so successful in nearly every industry. With Forrester Research identifying the rapidly-growing demand for integrated business intelligence (BI) tools like ours, it’s clear we’re being recognized globally for taking agile business intelligence processes and analytics to a new level.”

“Agility is one of the main differentiators in our list this year,” explained Information Management Editor-in-Chief, Julie Langenkamp. “Providers that offer rapid deployment of easy-to-use tools suited to a broad audience are very much in demand.”

Alteryx technology is deployed via the desktop, server and web environments, including SaaS/PaaS offerings in hosted and on-premise deployments. Alteryx also offers advanced geospatial capabilities that fill the significant void in offerings from traditional BI and RDBMS vendors, analytic appliance firms, and GIS/mapping software companies.

Information Management’s list of “40 Vendors We’re Watching in 2011” is posted on their website and also appears in their March-April print edition.
