Over 400 Tableau Customers Use Alteryx for Data Blending and Analytics; The Home Depot and easyJet to Present at Tableau Conference 2015
Irvine, Calif. — Oct. 15, 2015 – Alteryx, Inc., the leader in data blending and advanced analytics, today announced that through its partnership with Tableau, a global leader in rapid-fire, easy-to-use business analytics software, Alteryx will release the ability to directly publish and update Tableau Data Extract (TDE) files to Tableau Server and Tableau Online. With a single click, Alteryx is delivering a simpler way for analysts to scale their use of Tableau by automating the creation of TDE files to ensure every user of Tableau visualizations has the most up-to-date data available. This new capability will be available in Q4 of 2015.

Now analysts can scale their use of Tableau by automating the update of TDE files used to drive what could be hundreds or even thousands of visualizations. These benefits are available whether organizations deploy Tableau Server within their infrastructure or take advantage of Tableau online.
Alteryx also announced that it has added over 150 joint Tableau customers in the first half of 2015, increasing the total number of joint customers to over 400. This growth is driven by the combination of joint sales engagements with Tableau and with the over 70 Tableau partners who are now part of the Alteryx Partner Program.
