Alteryx Announces Stephen Dubner of Freakonomics Series as Keynote for Inspire 2017

Award-winning Author Joins the Alteryx Stage to Celebrate Icons of Analytics

Irvine, CA — April 18, 2017 — Alteryx, Inc., a leader in self-service analytics, today announced that Stephen Dubner, award-winning author, journalist, and radio and TV personality, will keynote at Inspire 2017, the company’s annual user conference in June.

Dubner is best-known as co-author of the books in the Freakonomics series, including Freakonomics, SuperFreakonomics, Think Like a Freak and When to Rob a Bank. They have sold over seven-million copies in more than 40 countries. Dubner is also the host of the Freakonomics Radio podcast and maintains the popular Freakonomics blog, which has been called “the most readable economics blog in the universe.” He has appeared widely on television, including as a regular contributor to ABC News and as host of the Emmy-nominated NFL Network program, Football Freakonomics.

“Stephen Dubner has made a career of examining seemingly disparate data sources to draw conclusions that change the way we look at the world. It’s incredibly similar to the way Alteryx customers look at data from across internal organizations to make informed business decisions,” said Seth Greenberg, Chief Marketing Officer at Alteryx. “We’re thrilled to have him join our stage as we honor the Icons of Analytics.”

Inspire 2017 will take place at the ARIA Las Vegas from June 5-7, 2017, and will celebrate self-service data analytics with the theme “Icons of Analytics.” Visit the conference website for the most current speaker lineup and agenda, as well as details about the different tracks available to attendees.
