All of the shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders. In addition, Alteryx and certain selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of Alteryx Class A common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
