What is the dress code at Analyticon 2020?

Be yourself. You’re welcome here. We do suggest wearing layers, as temperatures can vary widely in the meeting spaces.

 

Will meals be provided?

Yes, we will feed you!

 

Main Conference: Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and snacks are provided Wednesday, June 3rd and Thursday June 4th for conference attendees. Dinner and beverages will also be provided at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, June 2nd and the Analyticon Closing Festival on Thursday, June 4th.

 

Will the event be filmed and photographed?

Yes. By entering and being at this event, you consent to be filmed and photographed. From time to time, Alteryx uses recorded video and photographs of conference events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked in writing to Alteryx, by virtue of your attendance, you agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. All videography and photography will be done in reliance on the consent you give by entering the event.

CONFERENCE FAQs

How do I register as an alumni?

Alumni rates will be offered to any 2016-2019 attendees. To successfully register, you must register for Analyticon with the business email address used for previous Inspire registrations to receive an alumni discount. If you have attended Inspire within the last four (4) years, a discount code will be provided on the payment page during the registration process.

 

How do I register as a group?

Group registration will be available to groups meeting the following qualifications: a small group of 5-14 attendees; or a large group of 15+ attendees. To take advantage of this discounted pricing, please contact [email protected] for a code or purchase additional passes at the time of registration and assign and manage them through your page these will automatically be priced according to the number purchased.

In your email please include your full name, company name and number of participants from your company. Within 48 hours your request will be reviewed and your group registration code will be provided. The same company email domain must be used for all group registrants.

 

How do I get the student/government discount?

The student/government discount is offered to attendees who have an official .edu or .gov email domain. You must register with one of these email domains to receive this discount during registration. If your email domain qualifies, a discount code message will automatically populate on the registration payment page.

 

What is included in the conference registration fee?

The full conference registration fee includes access to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, June 2nd; all keynotes, customer and Alteryx breakout sessions, the Solution Center, networking events, expo access, and conference meals on Wednesday, June 3rd and Thursday June 4th. It also includes all evening events and the closing keynote on Thursday, June 4th.

 

I have a promotion code that I’d like to use. How do I apply it to my registration?

On the ‘Payment’ page, there is a field to apply your code before check-in. Please note that you can only use one discount code per registration.

 

What is the accepted form of payment for this event?

Credit cards are the only form of valid payment. Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

How will my credit card payment appear on my statement?

Your conference registration fee(s) will appear on your credit card statement as “Type A Events”.

 

How do I obtain a receipt for payment?

You will receive a confirmation email upon submitting your registration. In this email you will be able to log back into your registration with your username (email used for registration) and password to access and print a copy of your receipt.

 

What is the conference cancellation policy?

Cancellations made before March 6th may be refunded less $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between Friday, March 6, 2020 and Friday, April 24th, 2020 will receive a 50% refund on the amount of registration fee paid. Cancellations made on or after April 25th, 2020 will be non-refundable. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is exclusively the responsibility of the registrant.

 

Are you a current customer and interested in speaking at Analyticon?

Deadline to submit is Friday, January 17, 20120, selected speakers will be notified in February. If selected, you will receive a free registration pass to Analyticon 2020. What is the conference substitution policy?

If you have registered for Analyticon 2020, and are then unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person from your company. Badges and passes may not be shared during the program at any time. Email [email protected] with the name and contact information of the person that you would like to transfer your registration to.

 

What is your ancillary event non-conflict policy?

Attendees and sponsors of Analyticon 2020 may not schedule and/or sponsor any event during the Analyticon 2020 conference programming schedule without Analyticon management approval. To schedule an ancillary event during Analyticon 2020, please contact Caitlin Hayes ([email protected])

 

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! You can purchase a guest pass during registration that covers admittance to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, June 2nd and Analyticon Closing Festival on Thursday, June 4th, which will include both food and beverages. A guest pass is only valid to these events and the guest must be 18 years or older. It is not valid to any other conference activities.

How do I make a hotel guest room reservation?

May I extend my rate at the group rate?

Yes. The hotel will extend our discounted guest room rates three (3) days before May 29 and three (3) days after June 6th, based on hotel space availability at the time of request.

 

Is there a deposit required by the hotel to secure my guest room?

A credit card is required at any property to hold a reservation. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card or by Group.

 

If I give a credit card for my hotel, can I pay by check or cash on site?

Yes, the credit card given during registration is solely to guarantee/hold your room reservation. During checkout you will be able to request to pay with cash, credit card or check.

 

Can I use a debit card at check-in?

It's typically safer for you to use a credit card instead of a debit card when checking into a hotel or a resort unless you carry a high balance in your checking account. Upon check-in, your bank will place a hold on your debit card for room & tax plus a daily fee for any incidentals. This hold will not be released for up to 5 business days after your departure. It is recommended using a credit card at check-in to prevent this hold on your funds.

 

What airport should I use?

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is the closest airport to the venues. It is approximately a 30 - 40 minute drive from the airport to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. For more information, click here.

No, it's not. You may be contacted by unauthorized solicitors offering hotel reservations. There is only one official, exclusive housing block for this event with the link provided on About - Hotel page, your event registration page, and in your confirmation email. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any company is not approved by Alteryx. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however, they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.
