Dean Stoecker is chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Alteryx. Dean co-founded Alteryx in 1997 and has since lead the company through solid organic growth, three rounds of funding and a successful IPO in March 2017—recognized as a top performer in the class of 2017. Dean’s leadership and motivational skills, along with his ability to create, communicate and realize a vision, are a driving force behind the company’s 20+ year success.
Since taking Alteryx public, Dean lead the company in delivering eight consecutive quarters of more than 45 percent year-over-year (YoY) growth, earning a spot on the Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™ list for two consecutive years. This performance is a direct result of the company’s ability to execute on delivering a transformational experience to customers of all sizes and Dean's unique vision and strategy around empowering every worker, regardless of technical acumen, to transform their data into actionable insights and drive meaningful business impact.
Dean serves as advisor to entrepreneurs and is an active philanthropist, creating the Alteryx for Good program to bring the thrill of solving real-world problems to non-profits, educators and local communities. Dean is passionate about humanizing the world of data science and analytics, evident in the company’s culture, extensive resources for continued education and efforts to influence social change. Dean was recognized as an Outstanding Public Company CEO by OCTANE and received the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2017 Award in the Orange County Region.
Prior to co-founding Alteryx, Dean held various sales and business leadership roles at Strategic Mapping and Dun & Bradstreet. Dean earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and his undergraduate degree in international business from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Scott JonesPresident and Chief Revenue Officer
Scott Jones is the president and chief revenue officer (CRO) of Alteryx, responsible for global growth of the sales and professional services teams. During Scott’s tenure at Alteryx, the company delivered eight consecutive quarters of more than 45% year-over-year (YoY) growth; sales rep productivity, large deal size, and new customer count continue to increase dramatically. Scott’s vision and leadership in merging an enterprise solution-oriented sales model with the existing, successful land-and-expand strategy is instrumental in the in the high-growth returns Alteryx continues to deliver.
As a key participant in the evolution of self-service and end-to-end analytics platforms, Scott recognizes the power that sophisticated yet easy-to-use solutions can deliver — empowering people to solve impactful business and societal problems. Scott is committed to driving a culture focused on humanizing the world of data science and analytics and helping both associates and customers embrace the unconventional, challenge the status quo, and help alter the record book with Alteryx.
Before joining Alteryx, Scott served in leadership roles at Tableau, SAP, and Business Objects, accumulating more than 15 years of experience in the analytic software space. Scott maintains extensive experience building and managing sales teams in the enterprise software and marketing service industries, and a 25-year track record of rapid, high-impact success in both startups and market-leading companies.
Scott earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Chico and received his MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business Management.
Ashley KramerSenior Vice President, Product Management
Ashley Kramer is the senior vice president of product management at Alteryx, responsible for product vision, strategy and roadmap to drive innovation in the Alteryx Platform. Ashley’s vision and direction in scaling the product organization, integrating both technology and talent from acquisitions, facilitating the development of cloud-based offerings and strengthening technology partnerships are critical components of the company’s success. Under Ashley’s leadership, the Alteryx product suite has evolved to a modern, end-to-end platform—the only platform on the market that simultaneously addresses the needs of the data analyst, data scientist and citizen data scientist.
As a seasoned leader in hypergrowth technology companies, Ashley understands what it takes to properly scale product and development teams to meet the evolving needs of customers. Ashley is committed to helping every organization in the world experience the thrill of solving with Alteryx, crediting the enthusiasm and passion of Alteryx customers as the fuel that drives her and her team to continue enhancing the Alteryx Platform. Examples of this include delivering the Alteryx Platform to global customers in their native languages, the creation of a beta program that now boasts 1,200+ in customer participation and the launch of many code-free and code-friendly capabilities across the platform, such as Visualytics, Assisted Modeling and Python integration.
Prior to joining Alteryx, Ashley held various roles at Tableau, Amazon, Oracle and NASA. Ashley served as the head of cloud at Tableau, overseeing the vision and development of the company’s SaaS offering and managing the cloud partnership ecosystem, and as the technical program manager at Amazon, running a global program to digitize content for the Kindle product line.
Ashley earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Old Dominion University and received her MSBA-CIS from Colorado State University.
