At Alteryx, supporting our employees, customers, partners and communities is a key priority. Our global teams are hard at work to avoid disruptions related to the COVID-19 virus while acting responsibly to do what we can to prevent further spread. We are closely monitoring and assessing the evolving situation and will continue to communicate any customer or community impacts and other related issues.

Our Approach to COVID-19

At Alteryx, supporting our employees, customers, partners and communities is a key priority. Our global teams are hard at work to avoid disruptions related to the COVID-19 virus while acting responsibly to do what we can to prevent further spread. We are closely monitoring and assessing the evolving situation and will continue to communicate any customer or community impacts and other related issues.

Our Employees

Alteryx is committed to providing a safe environment for our employees, their families and the communities in which we operate. We have given all our employees the ability to work at home to reduce transmission risks and to keep them safe. We want our employees to work from home safely and comfortably, and we provide support for that effort.

Alteryx has also stopped business travel to certain severely affected countries and restricted non-essential business travel otherwise. This is to reduce transmission risks and protect our workforce from an environment of government-imposed restrictions and quarantine. When employees do need to travel, support networks are in place.

Our Human Resources team has processes in place to support our employees, including reviewing global sick leave and time off policies that provide for those who need to self-isolate, fall ill, or need to make other work-life adjustments for childcare and elder care.

Our Offices and Events

Based on governmental guidance, we have closed some offices and have taken additional precautions to protect our workforce. This includes increased cleaning and disinfection, and screening and restricted access for visitors. Internal and external events have been rescheduled virtually, postponed or canceled.

Our Products

We made free, 90-day Work From Home Licenses available to customers to access the Alteryx Platform on their home systems. Customers are asked to contact their Alteryx Account Manager or fulfillment@alteryx.com.

Alteryx’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program

The ERM program provides a framework for identifying material risks. The program supports the businesses and functions in the documentation of the risk, how the risks are managed and the update/creation of business continuity plans (BCPs) where appropriate.
