Step 1
PC: The download begins automatically. Once download is complete, open Alteryx.
Mac/Linux: Open your computer's virtual machine (such as Bootcamp, VirtualBox, Parallels, or VMWare). Make sure the ability to drag a file from your Mac onto your virtual machine is enabled.
Step 2
PC: Follow the guided tour within Alteryx to learn the tools and find additional resources.
Mac/Linux: Go to your Mac's download's folder and find Alteryx Designer. Drag Alteryx Designer from your Mac downloads folder and drop it into your virtual machine's window.
Step 3
Both: Open Alteryx. Begin by experimenting with sample data and templates within the tutorials. Then, use your own data.
