How do I register as an alumni?
Alumni rates will be offered to any 2016-2018 attendees. New this year, you must register for Inspire with the business email address used for previous Inspire registrations to receive an alumni discount. If you have attended Inspire within the last three (3) years, a discount code will be provided on the payment page during the registration process.
How do I register as a group?
Discounted registration pricing will be available for groups with 5+ attendees. Group prices are per person, and all employees in the group must come from the same company and register with the same company email domain in order to receive a discount. Complete pricing details are located on the “Pricing” page. To take advantage of this discounted pricing, please contact [email protected].
In your email please include your full name, company name and number of participants from your company. Within 48 hours your request will be reviewed and your group registration code will be provided. The same company email domain must be used for all group registrants.
Note: Any training added to registration will be separate from registration fees and will be paid at the time of registration. Training courses are NOT included in group registration discounts.
How do I get the student/government discount?
The student/government discount is offered to attendees who have an official .edu, .org or .edu email domain. You must register with one of these email domains to receive this discount during registration. If your email domain qualifies, a discount code message will automatically populate on the registration payment page.
What is included in the conference registration fee?
The full conference registration fee includes access to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, June 11th, Inspire Celebration on Thursday, June 13th, all keynotes, customer and Alteryx breakout sessions, the Solution Center, networking events, expo access, and conference meals on Wednesday, June 12th and Thursday June 13th. It also includes all evening events.
Note: The Platform Training and Certification Exams requires separate registration and fee. Training will take place on Monday, June 10th, Tuesday, June 11th, and Friday, June 14th.
Can I sign up for Training without signing up for the conference?
No, you must register for the conference in order to attend any training sessions.
I have a promotion code that I’d like to use. How do I apply it to my registration?
On the “Payment" page, there is a field to apply your code before check-in. Please note that you can only use one discount code per registration.
What is the accepted form of payment for this event?
Credit cards are the only form of valid payment. Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
How will my credit card payment appear on my statement?
Your conference registration fee(s) will appear on your credit card statement as “Type A Events”
How do I obtain a receipt for payment?
You will receive a confirmation email upon submitting your registration. In this email you will be able to log back into your registration with your username (email used for registration) and created password to access and print a copy of your receipt.
What is the conference cancellation policy?
Cancellations made before March 15th may be refunded less $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between Friday, March 15th, 2019 and Friday, April 19th, 2019 will receive a 50% refund on the amount of registration fee paid. Cancellations made on or after April 20th, 2019 will be non-refundable. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is exclusively the responsibility of the registrant.

Are you a current customer and interested in speaker at Inspire?
Share your incredible work in analytics with your peers, and establish your company as an analytics leader. Submit your story for consideration via our Call for Speakers. Deadline to submit is Friday, January 4, 2019, selected speakers will be notified by February. If selected, you will receive a free registration pass to Inspire 2019.
What is the conference substitution policy?
If you have registered for Inspire 2019 and are then unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person from your company. Badges and passes may not be shared during the program at any time. Email [email protected] with the name and contact information of the person that you would like to transfer your registration to.
What is your ancillary event non-conflict policy?
Attendees and sponsors of Inspire 2019 may not schedule and/or sponsor any event during the Inspire 2019 conference programming schedule without Inspire management approval. To schedule an ancillary event during Inspire 2019, please contact Madeline Zamani ([email protected]om).
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! You can purchase a guest pass during registration that covers admittance to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, June 11th and Inspire Celebration on Thursday, June 13th, which will include both food and beverages. A guest pass is only valid to these events and the guest must be 18 years or older. It is not valid to any other conference activities.

What is the dress code at Inspire 2019?
Business casual attire is recommended. We also suggest wearing layers, as temperatures can vary widely in the meeting spaces. The common areas in the Gaylord Opryland tend to on the cooler side.
Are airport transfer services offered?
Yes, the Gaylord Opryland is offering Inspire attendees daily roundtrip shuttle services from the Nashville International Airport (BNA) to the hotel at a discounted rate.
