Hundreds of data scientists, analysts, IT and business leaders will descend upon International Convention Centre in Sydney next March for our very first edition of Inspire On Tour APAC!

What is included in the conference registration rate?
The full conference registration rate includes access to the training tracks and conference meals on Wednesday 20 March; all keynotes, customer and Alteryx breakout sessions, the Solutions Centre, networking events, expo access, and conference meals on Thursday 21 March.
Can I sign up for Training without signing up for the conference?
No, you must register for the conference in order to attend any training sessions.
When will I be able to register for specific sessions?
The online conference Agenda Builder will be available in September. If you have already registered, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Agenda Builder. Please note, Agenda Builder allows you to build your conference schedule and shows us the level of interest in sessions. Seating at all sessions onsite will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I pre-register for Solutions Centre 1:1 meetings?
This year, we will be offering formal pre-registration for the Solutions Centre within the registration process. Keep your eye out for official conference emails with instructions.
I have a promotion code that I'd like to use. How do I apply it to my registration?
On the submit payment page, there is a field to apply your promotion code before check out.
What methods may I use to pay?
Credit cards are the only form of valid payment. Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
How will my credit card payment appear on my statement?
Your conference registration fee(s) will appear on your credit card statement as "InspireReg".
How do I obtain a receipt for my payment?
You will receive a confirmation email upon submitting your registration, select "return to login" to access your registration record and print a copy of your receipt.
What is the conference cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made on or before Monday, 4 February 2019 will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee
- Cancellations made between Tuesday, 5 February 2019 and Monday, 18 February 2019 will receive a 50% refund of the amount of any registration fee paid
- Cancellations made on or after Tuesday, 19 February 2019 will be non-refundable
- Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the Registrant.
- Alteryx will not be held responsible for any cancellation fees or surcharges, including but not limited to hotel or airfare cancellation fees, for Registrants who have made their own travel arrangements (either with or without the assistance of Alteryx)

Deadline to submit is 31 January 2019. If selected, you will receive a free pass to attend Inspire On Tour APAC 2019.
What is the conference substitution policy?
If you have registered for Inspire On Tour APAC 2019, and are then unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person from your company. Badges and passes may not be shared during the program at any time. Emailinspire@eventexchange.co.uk with the name and contact information of the person that you would like to transfer your registration to.

What is the dress code at Inspire On Tour APAC 2019?
Business casual attire is recommended. We also suggest wearing layers, as temperatures can vary widely in the meeting spaces.
