Customer Success Manager,

Enabling Analytics with cloud based "labs"

Thu, Mar 21: 1:45pm - 2:30pm (45 Min) | Room C2.5 + C2.6

Access to data alone, is just not enough. To drive true value through analytics you need to enable your team with the right platform and the right tooling.

At Fonterra, implementing a 'DataLake' was just one step in the journey to better enable analytics throughout the organisation. Recognising that there are many different personas as well a a blend of skill capabilities throughout the organisation, how could we be sure that we would have a solution for everyone? Simple, don't build a solution, build a platform.

Make sure your platform has all they need to aide their success. Support them with training; allow them quick and easy access to "catalog'd" data; offer simplified technical support; and then.... provide the right tools for them to florish in an environment that can be tailored and scaled to optimise performance.... on the cloud. Have IT focus on removing technical barriers, and get your data analytics professionals working with the right tools, in the right environment for success.

Our Data Analyst "labs" provide Alteryx Desktop capability for the community of analytics professionals at Fonterra.
