The analytics team at NMC was stuck in a cycle of manual and repetitive processes for loan scoring. Each client application requires connecting multiple data sources — Excel files, SQL queries, and internal records — and manually calculating credit scores.
What should have been a data-driven process often relied on subjective judgment and tedious data preparation, slowing approvals and exposing the organization to inconsistent risk assessments. The legacy tools couldn’t scale with NMC’s ambitions or its expanding client base.
Partnering with Neogenesis Technical Solutions, NMC implemented Alteryx to automate its Customer Scoring Model, transforming how the organization evaluates loan applicants.
