背景・課題

金融犯罪対策の分野では、毎年追加される各国の規制に迅速かつ正確に対応する必要がある一方、部門ごとに知識が分断され「より良く・より早く・ミスなく・説明責任を果たす」ことが難しく、さらに業務知識を持つエンジニアは希少で現場担当者も多忙なためスキル習得に時間を要するという課題がありました。

解決アプローチ

  • データマイニングの標準プロセス CRISP-DM に基づき、業務部門・IT部門・データ分析部門が役割分担。
  • Alteryx を活用し、各部門が共通言語で議論できる環境を整備。
  • 業務の中で少しずつデータ活用を進めることで、自然なスキル定着を促進。

実施内容

  • 社内研修プログラムを導入
    • 5月開始～翌年3月終了の年間スケジュール。
    • 初期は操作環境整備と基礎スキル習得。
    • 理論・実践セッション、9月の「Innovation Day」ワークショップ、2月の成果発表会を通じて応用力を育成。
  • 研修では毎週30分のサポートを実施し、実際の業務課題をAlteryxで解決。

成果事例

  • 制裁対象者スクリーニングの誤検知チェック自動化
    • Excelで目視していた作業を、偽陽性パターンを抽出してAlteryxで処理化。
    • 各ロジックを独立マクロとして設計、統合して自動レポート出力。
  • アクセスログ検証作業の効率化
    • 店舗ログの検証作業を自動化。処理件数やアンマッチ件数をリアルタイムに可視化し、データ品質確認を改善。
  • Excel作業の自動化
    • 複数ファイルの統合を1つのワークフローで処理。
    • 出力時に業務別シート分割を可能にし、ヒューマンエラー削減とデータ精度向上を実現。
