Health & Safety

What is the COVID policy in place for Inspire Americas 2022?

The health and safety of everyone attending Inspire Americas 2022 in-person is our top priority.

Due to the changing status of COVID-19 infection rates in the U.S., we’ve revised our health guidelines. To gain entrance to in-person Inspire events, all attendees, speakers and sponsors will be required to provide proof of full vaccination, or a verified, negative PCR or verified, rapid antigen test taken within 48 hours of event arrival. Please note that you must bring your own negative test results, as on-site testing will be very limited.

A verified PCR of verified rapid antigen test is a test monitored and verified by a healthcare professional. This could include a telehealth service affiliated with the manufacturer of the test that provides real-time supervision remotely through an audio and video connection, or a test taken in-person and monitored by a health care provider. Test results must list individual's first and last name. Proof of identification will be required.

For further questions regarding this policy, please reach out to inspire@events.alteryx.com.

What accounts for “fully vaccinated”?

Fully vaccinated status is defined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as 2 weeks after a second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer, Moderna, or AstraZeneca vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine. Partial vaccination will not be accepted for this event, please plan accordingly.

Is a booster shot required to attend Inspire Americas 2022?

All attendees are also encouraged but not required - to have had their COVID-19 booster shot (where applicable) prior to the event.

If the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) updates their definition of “fully vaccinated” to include booster shots, will you change your definition of “fully vaccinated”?

We will continue to monitor the CDC parameters and update our definition closer to the in-person program.
