SparkED for the Military: Equipping you for a Career in Analytics

As you plan for a career after Military Service, it’s critical that you’re armed with the modern data skills that today’s employers want – and expect – across any industry.

Whether you’re transitioning out or you’ve already left the service, Alteryx has created a no-cost education program, SparkED, designed to provide you with the data skills and knowledge you need in a rapidly changing job market.

The SparkED program has been created by a team of experts with years of experience in education and training. We understand the challenges facing military personnel as they transition to civilian life and we are committed to helping Active Service members and Veterans succeed in their transition and achieve their career goals.

The Program

Our program offers free access to Alteryx, a powerful data analytics tool that is widely used in the business world. Through our program, you will learn how to use Alteryx to solve real-world business problems and gain valuable skills that are highly sought after by employers.

Alteryx Designer is a code-free/code-friendly software, so it is easy to use by anyone, regardless of skill level.

Interactive learning paths guide you through each lesson and enable you to get hands-on with the software at your own pace. You’ll also have access to our Alteryx Community, home to thousands of data analytics experts, user groups, and helpful resources.

When you complete the program, you’ll be able to show visible proof of your skills mastery through credentials that can range from Micro to Advanced.

How it works:

Service Leaver – Active Service member

Participation in this program is in partnership with DOD SkillBridge Program at no cost to you as an active Service member transitioning to a civilian career, and includes a free 6-month Alteryx Designer license.

Your free education license is good for 180 days from the day it’s downloaded. The license is non-renewable, and depending on how much time you can spend, learning and preparing for the Core certification exam takes from 1-6 months. A micro-credential is available along the way to validate early learning.

Military Veteran

The SparkED program for Independent Learners is aimed at ex-Military personnel who are looking to retrain and find employment. With the right mindset, training and support the transition from a military career to civilian employment can be a positive and rewarding experience.

Register today and sign up for this program to gain access to a 90-day Independent learner license.

This license can be renewed if you earn the Alteryx Designer Core Certification within that 90 day period and if you’re still eligible as an independent learner.
