Archiving Feminicide: From Data to Narrative

Watch a unique and enlightening hour on “Archiving Feminicide” — a data-driven
project to document, map, and contextualize the murder of women and girls
simply because they are female.

Activists, feminists, and data scientists around the world have contributed to
make the project a reality, led by Dr. Maria Salguero, an investigator who has
mapped countless reports of feminicide in Mexico and currently works with law
enforcement there, and Dr. Sylvia Fernandez, whose extensive work with
Columbia University has pinpointed many immigration detention camps right here
in the U.S.

This webinar is sponsored by Alteryx Women & Allies and Alteryx for Good. We
invite you to be a part of it.
