About Inspire 2024

What is Inspire 2024?
Inspire 2024 is Alteryx’s flagship user conference where leading data experts, key decision makers and innovators in the analytics space come together to learn, share, and explore. The in-person event features keynote announcements, training, access to technical sessions, Alter.Nation, the Grand Prix and Inspire’s closing celebration.

Who attends Inspire 2024?
Analysts who are highly technical and detail oriented and data and analytics subject matter experts.  Data Scientists who are technology-powered and current or future indispensable data leaders. LOB’s & CDO’s – the visionary thinkers who are passionate about the tools and insights that offer big business impact.  Eco-system Alteryx Partners that are transforming business.

When and where will Inspire 2024 take place?
Inspire 2024 will take place at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, May 13 – 16, 2024 in Las Vegas, NV, USA.

Is there a virtual component of Inspire 2024?
Yes. There will be a livestream of Inspire 2024 keynotes as well as select sessions on-demand. Virtual online registration will be available approximately three weeks before the event.

How will Inspire 2024 be different this year in terms of safety?
The health and safety of all visitors to Inspire 2024 remains our top priority. We continue to closely monitor government mandates and policy changes. As information pertaining to any health concerns are announced or develop, we will adjust our approach as needed and keep you up to date with new developments to ensure a coordinated effort and a safe environment for all Inspire 2024 attendees.

What is the Alteryx Code of Conduct?
All attendees must comply with the Alteryx Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct can be accessed by clicking here or can be found in the footer of the Inspire 2024 Registration Portal and Attendee Portal.

What is your cancellation policy?
If Alteryx receives your cancellation notice between October 2, 2023, and April 28, 2024, you will be issued a refund of your registration cost, less a 10% cancellation fee via the original payment method.

If Alteryx receives your cancellation notice between April 29, 2024, and May 10, 2024, Alteryx will issue you a 50% refund of your registration costs, less a 10% cancellation fee via the original payment method.

If Alteryx receives your cancellation notice after May 10, 2024, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Event registrations may be transferred to another participant upon approval by Alteryx at its sole discretion. To request a cancellation or transfer of your event registration, contact us at [email protected].

Please note, payments must be received in full to access the event.

If you would like to cancel your Inspire 2024 registration based on approved reasonable accommodations or health and safety concerns, we are happy to accommodate you. Please email [email protected] to request your full refund by April 28, 2024. Any cancellations done via your attendee portal will result in a 10% cancellation fee.

Pricing & Registration

What does Inspire 2024 cost to attend?
In Person Full Conference Passes can be purchased as an Individual pass, or Group passes of 5+ or 10+.  We will offer the Virtual Conference Pass for our General Session Livestream at no charge and virtual registration opens approximately three weeks prior to the event.

Is Early Bird pricing available?
New for 2024, we have Super Early Bird pricing available October 2, 2023 – October 31, 2023. Early Bird pricing is available from November 1, 2023 – February 23, 2024.  Standard pricing begins February 24, 2024.

What do I get with my in-person full conference pass?
The full conference pass gives you access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, Alter.Nation, Welcome Reception, Grand Prix, Inspire Closing Party, and meals on main conference days. Training sessions are an additional cost.

Are day passes available?
No. A full conference pass must be purchased to attend.

How do I register a group from the same company?
To receive the company group pass discount, all passes must be purchased in advance by a single group manager, with payment supplied via credit card at the time of the purchase. The rate for those passes is determined at the time of purchase based on the number of passes selected.

Once the group of conference passes has been purchased, the Group Manager will need to invite each member of the group to join by clicking on the pencil icon next to “Group Pass Mgmt”.  A window will open and provide access to enter the names and email addresses of those who will be attending from the group (it’s important to note that these people are NOT being registered at this time). Group invitees will then be emailed instructions on how to register for their attendee pass.

At the time they create their individual accounts to register for their pass, group members will be prompted to add any guest passes to their accounts; payments for optional items are submitted by the individual attendee when completing their registration. Important – if the Group Manager will also be attending the event, they must also re-enter their name while inviting the rest of the group.  Being the Manager does not automatically register them for the event.

How do I register for pre-event training?
Purchase a Conference + Training pass to Inspire and you will be notified of early access to pre-event sessions as they are becoming available in Spring 2024.

I can no longer attend. Do you accept cancellations and/or substitutions?
Yes, event registrations may be transferred to another participant upon approval by Alteryx at its sole discretion, at any time before the event begins. Substitutes must work for the same company as the original registrant. Substitutions may be requested by providing Alteryx prior notice by email to [email protected]Sharing of event registrations is not permitted.

Is there a Guest Pass?
Inspire 2024 does not offer a conference guest pass, however, conference attendees can purchase an in-person Closing Party guest pass for a fee. This allows the Guest to join the conference attendee for the closing party only.

Is group pricing available? 
Yes, anyone purchasing 5-9 passes will receive 20% off individual pass pricing. Anyone purchasing 10+ passes will receive 22% off individual pass pricing. You will be able to distribute group passes to members of your team from the Attendee Portal once your registration is paid.

What do I get with my Virtual conference pass?
The Virtual Conference Pass includes access to our General Session Livestream from May 15th and 16th plus On-demand access to select breakout sessions and the Grand Prix starting in late May. Registration will open in April 2024.

Do you offer a student or government employee discount?
Yes. During the registration process, student and government employee discounts may be applied with a valid .MIL, .GOV, or .EDU email address. If your discount didn’t apply, please email our customer service team at [email protected] and we can support you.

Where can I find a copy of my invoice/receipt?
A copy of your invoice/receipt can be found in your Attendee Portal in the upper lefthand corner under “Your Registration”.  Click the down arrow and your invoice/receipt will automatically download.

Hotel

What are the hotels for this event?
Attendees can book their hotel reservation at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. During the reservation process, attendees can select from the available room types in both the Palazzo Tower and Venetian Tower. Rooms are available on a first come, first-serve basis.

How can I book a hotel room?
Upon completion of an Inspire 2024 registration, attendees will receive a confirmation email that contains the official housing link for Inspire 2024. Please follow the prompts through the housing link to book your hotel reservation. Please note this is a negotiated discounted rate through Alteryx’s hotel room block at The Venetian.

Can I change my hotel reservation?
Yes – through the official Inspire 2024 housing website you can book, modify or cancel your hotel reservations at any time pre-event.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy for your reservation is 48 hours prior to arrival. If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of arrival, your one-night deposit will be forfeited.

Resort Fee $36.00 plus tax per night.

Do I need a deposit to book a hotel room?
A one night’s deposit is due at the time of booking. Upon check-in, guests must present the credit card used to book reservation. If the credit card is unavailable, the guest’s deposit will be refunded to the booking credit card and another form of payment is required. A cash or credit card deposit of $150.00 per night is required upon check-in for incidentals and the balance of room and tax for the remainder of your stay.

Will I receive a hotel confirmation email?
Yes, upon completion of the reservation booking, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive within 24 hours, please email [email protected].

 
Miscellaneous

What do I need to bring with me to check in at Inspire 2024?
Please bring your Know Before You Go email you will receive approximately 1-2 weeks before the event.  Be prepared to show a photo ID in order to pick up your conference name badge.

I lost my badge. What do I do?
Conference attendees are required to wear their badge at all times. If you lose yours, please return to the registration counter to request a new one with the Inspire registration team.

What is the attire for the conference?
Dress however you feel most comfortable.  If you’re looking for guidance, the majority of our attendees’ dress business casual.

Is there a nursing parents’ room?
A lactation room will be available upon request for all nursing parents.

What if travel documents, immigration inquiries or a visa letter is required for entrance into the United States?
Completion of registration and payment will generate a registration confirmation receipt email as well as a visa invitation letter. Alteryx does not issue personalized documentation to registrants in support of travel or attendance at Alteryx events, nor are any individual Alteryx employees, contractors, or partners authorized to do so.  Registrants are responsible for complying with all applicable US immigration laws.
