Dean's leadership and motivational skills, along with his ability to create, communicate and realize a vision, are a driving force behind the steady, 20-plus percent annual growth rates of Alteryx over the last decade. He is an accomplished and respected industry professional with more than 20 years of experience, bringing to Alteryx a strong knowledge of industry dynamics, technology trends, and application requirements related to market analysis and spatial technologies.

Jai Das

Managing Director, Sapphire Ventures

Jai Das led Alteryx's Series A funding round and as such holds valuable insight into the company and its competitors. Das is a managing director of Sapphire Ventures, focusing on investments in cloud computing, open source, Internet/digital media and SaaS in the United States, while also leading Sapphire Ventures' investment activities in India. Prior to Sapphire Ventures, Das worked at corporate ventures such as Intel Capital and Agilent Ventures (formerly part of Hewlett-Packard). He was also a Principal at MVC Capital, a Draper Fisher Jurvetson affiliated late-stage venture fund. Some of the investments he has led and managed include Coghead (Sapphire Ventures), Infinera (INFN), MySQL (Oracle), Photobit (Micron), Primavera (Oracle) and Sygate (Symantec).

John Bellizzi

Senior Vice President, Thomson Reuters Professional Division

As one of Alteryx's early investors, John Bellizzi saw the vision for the convergence of market data and customer insight. Today, Mr. Bellizzi is senior vice president of Thomson Reuters Corporation, a global provider of integrated information-based solutions. Before assuming the position in 2006, he served as senior vice president, Business Operations for Thomson Learning and executive vice president and CFO of Manning, Selvage & Lee, a worldwide public relations firm. Mr. Bellizzi's career also includes senior-level positions at Thomson Financial, Thomson Learning International, Eli Lilly & Co., Paramount Publishing, Inc. and Pepsi-Cola International.

Jeff Horing

Managing Director, Insight Venture Partners

Jeff Horing, a co-founder and managing director at Insight Venture Partners since 1995, led the Series B funding for Alteryx and joined its board to help drive global growth. Under his leadership, Insight has become a premier venture capital and private equity firm focused on growth investments in software and internet businesses. Mr. Horing’s areas of focus include data, analytics, mobile, and infrastructure and SaaS software in Europe and North America.

Chuck Cory

Former Chairman of Global Technology Banking, Morgan Stanley

Charles R. (“Chuck”) Cory served as Chairman of Global Technology Banking at Morgan Stanley from 2005 to 2015. Prior to being named Chairman, he was responsible for the firm’s activities in technology M&A from 1996-2005, running that business on a global basis from Silicon Valley. In more than 30 years as an investment banker, Mr. Cory has advised on more than 300 successful transactions aggregating well in excess of $500 billion, ranging from IPOs and debt financings to corporate restructurings, spinoffs and mergers, acquisitions and business combinations. Mr. Cory serves on the board of directors of Essence Group Holdings Corp, the parent of Lumeris, Inc., a leading technology-enabled platform for population health (www.lumeris.com). He also serves as a director of ezCater, the only national online marketplace for corporate catering (www.ezcater.com). Mr. Cory also serves on the advisory boards of Moonlighting LLC, a native mobile app for the gig economy (www.moonlightingapp.com), and Tufton Venture Partners, LP, a new fund which seeks to commercialize IP from the UVA labs and medical school.

Timothy I. Maudlin

Lead Board Member, WEB.com

Timothy I. Maudlin comes to the Alteryx board of directors with a strong web and ecommerce background. He currently is the lead board member of WEB.com, and serves on the boards of several other companies across a range of industries, including companies like Drilling Info, Inc.; Pluralsight, LLC.; and Ministry Brands, LLC. He previously served on the board of ExactTarget, Inc.; MediaMind Technologies, Inc.; Frontline Technologies; and eVestment Alliance. Formerly, Mr. Maudlin was also a managing partner of Medical Innovation Partners and then appointed President of its management company. He holds a B.A. and is a “Distinguished Alumnus” of St. Olaf College, and graduated with a Masters in Management from the Kellogg School of Northwestern University with majors in accounting, finance and management.

Kimberly Alexy

Principal at Alexy Capital Management

Kimberly Alexy is a seasoned financial services professional with more than 20 years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance and investments. She was a sell-side equity research analyst on Wall Street for nearly a decade specializing in technology stocks. Over the past 10 years, she has been an active board member at multiple publicly-traded and private companies and has chaired audit, compensation, nominating and governance committees as well as a series of special committees. She is Principal at Alexy Capital Management, a private investment fund she founded in 2005.

Eileen Schloss

Former Executive Vice President, Medidata Solutions, Inc.

Eileen Schloss is a veteran executive who has worked as a human resource professional to help mentor and guide HR strategy and operations for more than 20 years. She has held executive human resources roles at organizations from global brands in the Fortune 500 such as Apple Computer and Charles Schwab, to high-growth businesses needing to scale. Eileen has also worked with many boards and committees on executive compensation and human capital elements.
