To help predict and understand the future possibilities, we surveyed 2,800 enterprise data and IT leaders to see what they expect will change and how businesses will react. Key findings include:

  • 89% of respondents embrace the need for regulations and standards in using AI and generative AI.
  • 62% of organizations believe that the tech talent landscape will experience a talent surplus over the next three years.
  • 72% of leaders believe it is more important for their employees to be multi-skilled than specialized in a specific area.
  • 61% of respondents believe that creativity is the top skill humans will supply in a world shaped by AI.
